3D CAD Modelling – We develop detailed component models to support design reviews, prototype manufacturing and production planning.
2D Drafting and Detailing – We prepare manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, material specifications and process notes. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Bills of Materials (BOMs) are included where required by the project.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) – We review component features, machining access and tolerance requirements to identify opportunities to simplify production, reduce material waste and control manufacturing costs.
Simulation Support – Where required and agreed within the project scope, we support structural, thermal and tolerance analysis to help evaluate designs before manufacturing.
Reverse Engineering – We use physical samples to support the development of digital models and manufacturing drawings for existing components. Dimensions, materials and functional requirements are reviewed with customers before production.
Development Process

Prototyping and Evaluation – Where required, we manufacture prototypes to support fit checks, assembly reviews and customer-led functional evaluation. The findings help identify necessary changes before production.
Design Finalisation – Following customer approval, we prepare manufacturing documentation, including detailed drawings, specified tolerances, material requirements and relevant process notes. GD&T and Bills of Materials are included where applicable.
Production Support – We help resolve drawing queries and review proposed adjustments during manufacturing. Design changes are coordinated with customers to maintain approved requirements, consistent quality and production efficiency.
